We are one of the largest manufacturer/suppliers of Coated Textile fabrics to Indian Railways, Defence Establishments and State Transports and their vendors. We are supplying various products to Indian Defence forces ranging from PVC Leather Cloth for upholstery of defence vehicles, PVC Coated Nylon Fabrics for Awnings & Gun Covers, Activated Carbon coated fabrics for NBC Suits, Multi-layered Envelopes for NBC Clothings, Aluminized fabric for Coat cold extreme, PU Coated fabrics for parachutes, Drill Cotton Proofed for Tape tracing etc.

Our Journey through the Decades

  1. The Introduction

    It was a humble beginning with Rado Rexine Co. to manufacture PVC Leather Cloth and other coated textile products, in the year 1985 and over the years we have received numerous awards and recognition. We expanded into different areas of activity and successfully established our foothold in all. Click below on the next year to start the journey.

  2. The beginning of the relationship with Railways and Roadways

    We were awarded the DGS&D Rate Contract for supplies to Indian Railways & Govt. depts in 1988. The following year, in 1989, we secured the ASRTU (Ministry Of Surface Transport) Rate Contract for supplies to State Transports all over India for Bus seats.

  3. Railways and BIS

    In 1989, we started manufacturing of Railway Seats & Berth Assembly for Rail Coach Factory, Kapurthala. By the end of the year, we became a member of Bureau of Indian Standards committee for specifications related to coated and treated products.

  4. Defence contracts and expansion into Railways

    In 19990, DGQA, Ministry Of Defence approved us for supplies to various Defence establishments and in 1993 we began manufacturing of Rubber Cushions for railway seats and automobiles seats

  5. Best Entrepreneur and New Machine

    In 1994, H.E. Governor of Haryana conferred Best Entrepreneur Award to Sh. P C Gupta, the founder of the company. In 1995 we established State of Art transfer coating line to manufacture high-end Foam Leather Cloth, with online multicolour printing and PU lacquering.

  6. More Award & Machines

    The year 1996 saw Sh. P C Gupta being conferred Bharat Udyog award and the establishment of new facilities to process Technical Textiles.

  7. Tech Transfer Exchange & ISO 9002

    Sh. P C Gupta, as a delegate of Technology Transfer Mission sponsored by Govt. of   India, visited various countries such as Japan, Taiwan, South Korea, China etc. for Coated/Technical Textile products. Also, we became perhaps the 1st Indian Coated Textile Fabric company to receive ISO:9002 certifications, in the same year itself.

  8. Medical Equipments & Udyog Ratan

    As we entered the 21st century, in the year 2000, we established Healcare Devices Ltd. at Rewari to manufacture Medical Disposables like Syringes, Needles, Infusion Sets, Blood Transfusion Sets, and Capillary. In a couple of years, we were conferred Udyog Ratna Award.

  9. New Machinery

    From 2004, over the span of 4 years, we established facilities to manufacture Camouflage Nets & accessories and facilities to manufacture Waterproof breathable fabric.

  10. A million meters and Convener of BIS Committee

    We successfully executed a single supply order of 1 million meters of Coated Textile Fabric of Ordnance Equipment Factory, Kanpur. Sh. P C Gupta was elected Convener of BIS Committee PCD 13:9 for Coated Fabric, Rubber & Plastics.

  11. Development of new technologies

    We continued developing new methods and products over the years. In 2010, we developed the Multi-Spectrum Camouflage Net system. and in 2011 we developed Activated Carbon Coated Fabric for NBC garments.

The Railways & State Transports

We are suppliers of PVC Leather Cloth and Foam Leather Cloth to Indian Railways for new coaches as well as Carriage Workshops for last 25 years. These products are being supplied to almost all the State Transports of India and their seat manufacturers.

We are also supplying our products to various Seat manufacturers of OEM’s like TATA, Ashok Leyland, Swaraj Mazda, Eicher Motors, JCB etc.
